Ive got an 86 5000 cs quattro turbo and im having a problem with the dash and the climate control, i heard some buzzing noises and saw some sparking and smoke in the control arm, (the turn signal and cruise control arms) and my dash lights nave gone dead the headlights and the climate control. I know how much it is plus the labor but the question is will it really fix it or has more damage been done
